1001fonts.com has an option for those looking for free fonts for commercial use. 1001freefonts.com has some free for commercial use, but they also have the option of buying the whole bundle of 10,000+ fonts. I just wanted to clarify this.

You can’t download a single font from their site and use it commercially. $20 is a great deal for 6000+ fonts, but it is not free, and if people don’t read the licensing terms, they may be misled and not pay when they should. Which seems unfair to the people who have maintained such an excellent website for as long as I can remember.

I’m hoping you might be able to help me with a particular font I’m was able to find on dafont.com and urbanfonts, called, “Back to the Future 2002,” by Cyril Bourreau. The site doesn’t have a specific contact for this designer & I’ve left questions on the commercial use of this font & haven’t gotten any reply.

Was hoping based on your knowledge of these sites, where I can get information if this font can be used for commercial use free of charge.
