1、APQP
APQP is responsible for pre-product planning, transforming all customer requirements into workable &implementable requirements and measures, and following up the implementation of customer requirements by training the executive department.

2、SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
The SQE department is responsible for the systematic management of suppliers, so that the supply chain has a common sense of responsibility and shares the fruits of rapid development, finally achieving the win-win goal for both side.

3、PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL
Establish a systematic quality management system, take standard working instruction as program, set up a perfect training plan. We can continuously optimize and promote traceability management from standardizing operation, maintaining equipment, managing change & deviation, and controlling key items to fulfil product quality requirements.

4、OUT-GOING QUALITY CONTROL
Strictly supervise the shipment quality, inspect and control the shipment quality from the aspects of inspection equipment, post personnel allocation and standard execution, and take quick and effective actions to the customer’s abnormal quality feedback.

5、CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Take continuous improvement plan as part of the systemic and continuous job, creating and building it as enterprise culture.

6、CUSTOMER SERVICE
